Our requirements

🀝 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the integration of retailer webstores with their Point of Sale systems.
  • Manage the migration of Point of Sale systems, ensuring a smooth transition for retailers.
  • Conduct initial calls with clients to gather information and requirements for integration and migration projects.
  • Schedule and conduct regular progress update calls with clients to keep them informed of project status.
  • Ensure project tickets are updated regularly and call summaries are recorded.
  • Provide implementation consulting, training, and support to clients, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams, including Development, Design, and Support.
  • Continually evaluate and enhance Implementation processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document and apply new approaches to enhance project management and customer satisfaction.

πŸ™‹ Required Skills, Experience, and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in a role working with businesses that generate revenue via online sales.
  • Proficient in project management principles, including scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking.
  • Strong ability to manage customer communications and provide timely updates.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and website design processes.
  • Basic understanding of Point of Sale systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork between cross-functional teams.

🌎 Desirable Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS coding and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce software and implementation processes.
  • An understanding of retailers’ needs and requirements for success and exposure.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or software integration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Junior Support Specialist
Poznan, Poland

In this role, WebSell is looking to hire 3 passionate, outgoing people, with excellent verbal and written English, to join our Customer Service team.

Our requirements

🀝 The deal

  • Your job will be to work with our customers, ensuring their questions and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently
  • You will be working entirely through English, dealing mostly with American customers
  • Day-to-day tasks will include: answering questions by email, live chat, and phone; working with senior technical colleagues to diagnose and solve issues; and performing any other duties as assigned
  • Specific technical knowledge and skills are not required; you need to be comfortable with technology, and open to learning new things
