NitroSell has expanded social media support by adding the Facebook Like button to your WebStore. Harness the power of social media to cost-effectively expand your reach and establish new customer relationships.
When enabled, the Facebook Like button will appear on your product page. The default message appears below and will change after visitors click the Like button to indicate how many others “Liked” the item. If a friend from your Facebook network has clicked the Like button, his or her name and profile picture will appear.
Clicking the Like button from the product page will automatically list the product and your website on your visitors’ Facebook profile:
As your visitors’ networks grow, so does your opportunity to reach an increasing number of potential web shoppers with common interests and product preferences. Your visitors’ friends, whose interest may be sparked by seeing your product on their friend’s page, can jump to your product page on your website with a simple click!
Social media support should be part of every retailer’s web marketing strategy. Facebook Like support is currently available in the early adopters’ and beta versions. To request an upgrade, please open a support ticket. When the feature is released, your WebStore will automatically be upgraded.
To activate it, visit your WebStore Manager (WSM) and navigate to Configuration > WebStore > Product > Product Options and select “Enable Facebook Like button”.
Your web designer can then modify the NitroScript Product Page template for button placement, etc., or we can help you with this through a support ticket.
